Returns/Refunds:
• The Customer must contact newenglandstrawwattle.com via email within 5 business days of order shipment or pickup to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable as it is not guaranteed.
• Returns must unused/uninstalled and be 100% complete with all original packing and in original condition.
• All Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless of the customer’s thoughts on this.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany the merchandise.
• Your RMA number must be written on the original invoice/order email. This is very important as returns without an RMA number will be refused.
• The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
• Shipping and/or Freight charges are non-refundable and shall be deducted when issuing the refund, if a refund is applicable.
• Closeout/Clearance items, unless otherwise stated, are sold “as is” and do not qualify for product returns/exchanges for any reason, including non-compatibility or defective products.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
• Damaged shipments: the customer is responsible for reporting the damage claim to the shipping company. Please contact us to notify us of the situation.
Special Orders:
Special orders are non-returnable and can not be canceled after payment has been made or the corresponding order is placed with Certified Erosion Control of New Hampshire, LLC. & newenglandstrawwattle.com We will do our best to accommodate special order changes (eg. quanities, product type, etc.) when requested in a timely matter. The ability to change special orders will be left solely to Certified Erosion Control of New Hampshire, LLC. & newenglandstrawwattle.com.
Refused Shipments/Freight or Returned Products
For any shipments that are refused, you will be automatically charged a 25% restocking fee, to cover costs associated with processing, inspecting and restocking your order and return.
